* Streamlining the
input of Circulator information on Petition
Over the weekend I collected 339 signitures at the DEMF and noticed how time consuming it was to write in all the circulator info on close to 80 sheets.
PRA director Gregg Schmidt gave the following advice:
* If you have already printed blank copies
you can use a personalized address stamp that includes all relevent fields (e.g. Name, City/Township, Street Address and Zip).
Just stamp it in the circulator area at the bottom right of the petition.
DO NOT presign or date the petition!
* If you are preparing to make copies of the petition, from a master form,
just fill in the elevent fields (e.g. Name, City/Township, Street Address and Zip)
and use this as a master form for making your petition copies. You should
also have a blank master available so you can print off copies for newly
recruited petitioners.
