Here is the information that I have received.  Past attempts have failed so please help these people out if you have the time.

In case you're not already aware, there is a ballot initiative petition drive currently underway in the city of Ann Arbor that, if passed into law, would remove criminal penalties for the medical use of cannabis. Chuck Ream is the main contact person for obtaining petition materials, etc. They need to gather 6000 signatures before May 7th. Chuck is paying $1 per valid signature to petitioners.
