This is actually from a "Disk Web" of all the archived files from "New Age Patriot" magazine which Bruce Cain edited and authored between 1989 and 1987. The "Disk Web" also contained excerpts from various venues where Bruce Cain had spoken during and after the tenure of "New Age Patriot" magazine.
While many of the videos are grainy they show how prescient and consistent Bruce Cain's views on drug policy remain. While much of what he believes seems "common sense" today, it should be remembered that, at the time these views were being publicly advocated, his views were thought to be very controversial. Some might argue that, at least some of his views, are still controversial today.
Still it is sad that many of his ideas have not yet been implemented. Had Marijuana been Re-Legalized (1) over 800,000 Marijuana users would not be getting busted each year in the United States and (2) my fellow activist Tom Crosslin would not have been murdered by the Bush administration at Rainbow Farm, one week prior to 911. Had Needle Exchange programs been adopted by the Bush/Clinton/Bush administrations, millions of citizens would have been spared from HIV. Had a more liberalized set of drug laws been put in place it is quite possible that Bin Laden would not have had the capital to finance 911.
Today Cain's views on Marijuana Re-Legalization have been crystallized into new model that would allow unregulated Marijuana cultivation by all Adult Americans . . . and adults of any other country that wishes to adopt this model. You can read more about the MERP Project at the following links:

After you've watched the video's please make sure you read up on the MERP model for Marijuana Re-Legalization. Share these links with your friends and encourage them to demand that this model is adopted by your Federal and State representatives, as well as by all drug reform organizations.
70 years of Marijuana Prohibition is 70 years too long.
Yours in Freedom,
Bruce W. Cain
