The section really covers a number of topics:
Offshoring - The export of US industrial plants to other countries such as China and India
Insourcing - Bringing legal or illegal foreign workers into the United States to displace American held jobs.
Outsourcing - The export of US jobs to other countries such as China and India.
NAC takes the view that all countries need to work towards total self sufficiency. The New Agenda for America (NAFA) strategy is to force the Multi National Corporations (MNC's) to invest in, and better train American workers, by preventing the jobs of American workers to be displaced through Offshoring, Insourcing or Outsourcing. To achieve this goal we need to do a number of things:
* Aggressively screen all workers to insure that they are here legally by cross checking Social Security information against a national database.
* Disallow foreign students from becoming American citizens or working in this country while studying or even through marriage.
* Imposing heavy sanctions against MNC's that outsource their labor to foreign countries
The truth of the matter is that we have the technology to screen illegal workers through cross checking Social Security information. The federal government has central databases, available to employers, which can determine if a illegal worker is using a invalid or duplicate Social Security number. The problem is one of political will.
* Further Offshoring of American jobs and Manufacturing must be stopped immediately.
* An incremental increase in tariffs needs to be immediately implemented and sustained until there is, at the minimum, a balance of trade with each and every US trading partner.
