This is a website on a CD which can be browsed through any PC (laptop of browser) using a recent version of Internet Explorer - and does not require internet access.  The primary content is composed of the entire 20 issues of "New Age Patriot" Magazine which Professor Hemp wrote and distributed internationally between 1989 and 1997 -- prior to launching the NAC website.  Now for the first time you can effortlessly click your way through every issue.   His early advocacy of Marijuana Re-Legalization and Drug reform are presented in these 100's of articles which were way ahead of their time when they were originally written.   It is only now that these ideas are finally gaining acceptance throughout the planet.

  What is important to note here is that the various drug policy issues, that I wrote about in New Age Patriot, are as relevant today as when the articles were first published.  My perspectives on drug policy are unique, illuminating and will challenge your viewpoints regardless of whether you currently support Marijuana Re-legalization or other "harm reduction" proposals.  And even if you do support Marijuana Re-Legalization, I am confident that you will be challenged by my arguments for an eventual end to prohibitions on all drugs.  I am quite confident that if you read ALL of these articles you will minimally be converted into supporting the immediate Re-Legalization of Marijuana for all adult Americans.

What is a Disk Web?

A Disk Web is like a website in that you access it through your browser.  But unlike a website all of the information is contained on a disk so you do not have to be connected to the internet in order to access the site.  Other advantages over an internet site include:

(2) Direct access from your computer allows much faster streaming of audio and video media;
