Last Pillar of tyranny here now: Thought crime - criminalization of

liberty admits that it is building tyranny. If the government wants to

As you read through these screen prints you will find that the
government is concerned, but not about those Islamic Terrorists they

At any rate I read through the documents and thought that this was just
some sort of joke. I thought to myself, “The government would never do
something like this because it would be an almost guaranteed
prescription for destroying our rights to free speech (See 1st Amendment
to the Constitution) and would most certainly signal the intent of the
federal government to begin the imposition of marital law.”
So on the last page of this “supposed” government document were 3
numbers for MIAC which is “supposedly” located in Missouri.

So I called the toll free number confident that this was some sort of
joke. But a woman answered the phone in a very business-like manner. I
proceeded to describe the document to her: fully believing she would say
that the document was a hoax. But she didn’t. In fact she verified the
authenticity of the document. And that verification literally took my
breath away. She then gave me the number for the “Public Information
Officer” because she was not at liberty to further comment on the

Still skeptical I searched the web to see if MIAC really even exists.

And the most disturbing was the following excerpt which shows that MIAC
is completely integrated with the Department of Homeland Security:

* Violations of Posse Commitatus
* Deployment of 30,000 US Military within the US to quell civil
disturbances for the first time in US history. Deployment began around
the same time the TARP stimulus bill was passed (10/03/2009).
* No E-Verify to insure that the stimulus jobs go to Legal American
Citizens
* The assembling of “terrorist” lists, by the US government, that
contain mainly concerned Americans and few Islamic extremists
* The transition to digital television that can minimally track and
analyze your viewing habits
* The very real building of hundreds of prison camps throughout the

At any rate consider this a preliminary report. There will be more to
come unless of course the government goon squad pays me a visit. But in
any case I just want Americans to wake up and realize that this is not a
joke. We all need to contact our Congressional Representatives and the
Media. Like the old Buffalo Springfield song stated years ago:

a man with a gun over there . . .”
Now is the time to find out exactly what is going on here. Because this
could be the end of America as we have known it. And I’m not exactly
clear on whether Obama may not be heavily involved in this. And that is
VERY scary to contemplate, but too important to ignore.

first researched Obama's background in mid-2008 toward the end of the
Presidential election which, of course, Obama won.
My short article focused on Obama's
carefully couched support for granting amnesty to Illegal Aliens and the

many others have reported, over 400 economists warned against the

I will have to develop this story
later but wanted to get this out as soon as possible. In the

in order to better understand the multiple betrayals that appear to be
in store for the American people.
The greatest robbery in US history
began on October 3rd, 2008 when Obama and a majority of the House and
Senate signed the 700 Billion Dollar Bank Bailout that also goes by the
name TARP. There has never so much secrecy surrounding a bill.
An unprecedented secret session of Congress was called, before the
signing, warning of of complete economic collapse, should the bill not
get passed. And while no one knows where the money went there is
plenty of speculation that over 50% of the money went to foreign banks
owned by countries such as China and Saudi Arabia. In any case our
own government has censored any release of where this money has actually
gone. One thing we know for sure is that it did not go where it
was supposed to go: to help American homeowners.
In the first 6 weeks of the Obama
administration trillions of additional "stimulus dollars" have been
either signed into law or are pending Congressional approval. Two
of the most troubling aspects of Obama's economic initiative are that
(1) there is no E-Verify provision to insure that only American citizens
will get the jobs and (2) it does absolutely nothing to reclaim the
manufacturing jobs that we have lost to China, India and other "cheap
labor" markets.
E-Verify is 99.6% accurate in
determining whether a prospective employee is legally eligible to work
in the United States. It is a fact that if we ran every employee
through E-Verify we could send 12 million Illegal Immigrants and Visa
Overstays packing and free these jobs up for US American Citizens.
But the rumor is that Obama is actually going to attempt to end E-Verify
in March by not renewing the program. And Roy Beck,
NumbersUSA,
predicts that over 90% of the 3 million "Obama stimulus jobs" may
actually got to Illegal Aliens and H1B's from India and other countries.
Most of the economists (e.g., Celente,
Shiff etc.), that predicted the economic meltdown, are now
criticizing the Obama administration for not doing anything to bring
back our manufacturing jobs. They rightfully argue that, unless we
bring these jobs back, we will continue to run a trade deficit that will
only make us more indebted to Communist China, Islamic Saudi Arabia and
other countries that frankly don't like us.
But an even more important question
has been plaguing me over the last 6 months is the one thing that the
Mainstream Media refuses to discuss is:
"How are we going to pay
for this?"
Well I just read an unsubstantiated
article that may hold the answer. And it is an answer that should
make the blood of the American people go cold. It appears that
Hillary has signed an agreement to allow the Chinese to take our homes
and property should we not be able to "make good on the loan."

America has tendered to China a written agreement which grants to the
People's Republic of China, an option to exercise Eminent Domain within
the USA, as collateral for China's continued purchase of US Treasury

If this story turns out to be true
then every freedom loving American needs to get out into the streets and
protest this until it is revoked. All business must stop.
All purchases must stop. This betrayal cannot be allowed to stand.
But, while we don't even know if this
is true, there is much we do know that should be equally troubling:
We currently have over 22 million
Americans who are either out of work or just scraping through with part
time employment that often does not provide health care benefits, much
less a fair chance of economic survival. Yet despite this Obama
and the bipartisan Congress refuses a moratorium on the 1.5 million
legal immigrants that are being allowed into the country each year.
Roy Beck suggests that it is quite possible the lions share of the 3
million jobs, Obama promises to create over the next 2 years, will go to
Legal Immigrants and Illegal Aliens.
On top of that there is nothing being
done to evict Illegal Aliens and Visa overstays from homes that they
have illegally purchased. In fact they are actually promoting this
illegal behavior, as if our Constitution was written on toilet paper.
It is instructive to note that Americans cannot buy property in China as
it is against their laws.
But the United States IS allowing
Indian and Chinese non-citizens to come here and buy our property.
I'm quite sure we are inviting any foreigner, with money to spend, to
displace Americans from their homes. As you can read, in the
following link, Obama is even helping out Illegal Aliens with the
process of refinancing their home loans with our tax dollars:
So even if the eminent domain story
proves untrue one thing is becoming crystal clear: Obama is out to screw
us. Of that there is no doubt. It is time for the American
People to demand full implementation of the
"New Agenda for America" which would stop all immigration and divest
non-citizens of all US homes, businesses and other hard US assets.
Last year I wrote an essay titled
"Curious
Obama, Globalist Traitor." It focused on Obama's links to the
dangerous Globalist Brzezinski. I had truly hoped that Obama's
"globalist" ambitions would prove false. But, if anything, it
turns out that he is worse than I could ever had imagined.

March 16, 2009 "Information Clearing House" -- - Mike Whitney: I have been
beating the same dead horse for three or four years now and many people are
getting tired of the endless iterations of collapsing markets, rising
unemployment and growing pessimism. What's needed is a vision of the future
and a concrete plan of action, but I don't have one. So, tell me, what is to
be done?
Bede Vincent Curley: I do not know what is to be done in the US.... Thinking
people can see that most Americans veer between manic-depression and
paranoid-schizophrenia. While they know they are getting kicked around by
the rich, there's such a strong tradition of obedience to authority in
America that most people just take it in stride and just get on with their
lives. This is a population with an severe "abuse" problem. I compare it to
the compulsive behavior among women and children who've lived in abusive
relationships. The sickness passes from one generation to the next without
interruption. It is a condition that has to be treated, which means creating
a process where the person can see that the violence being done to them is
violence and not love. America is a nation badly in need of therapy.
The US is full of such abusive notions as "tough love" which only reinforces
dependence on the violent parent or partner. There is absolutely no way to
confront the situation constructively except by raising awareness to what is
happening and pointing out as clearly as possible that this crisis was
created by the rich and imposed on the rest of us. And, as soon as you say
that, you risk being marginalized-- especially among the I-Generation.
There's almost no discussion about class in the US, even among the Left, and
yet, the chasm between rich and poor has grown wider in America than
anyplace in the industrial world. The rich get richer and the poor own
nothing. The middle class--the class of illusion--is committed to defending
the so called American dream and believing whatever the rich tell them in
order to sustain their own very tenuous existence. Remember, George Carlin
said that "They call it the American dream, because you have to be asleep to
believe it." Just try to convince someone in the middle class, some working
man or woman, that the US kills and exploits the rest of the planet to serve
the narrow interests of 10% of the population, they just point to their
college educations, their cars, and other trinkets and shrug it off as
unimportant or plug their heads back into the sand. What do they care? They
have their Starbucks and their I-Pods and their flat-screens.
That's the bad news. The good news is that the US is a very big country. If
reactionaries (militias?) can seize territory (as they routinely do in the
South and parts of the West) why not revolutionaries?
Americans should take the constant erosion of civil and economic liberties
in their country over the past 30 years seriously. They need to ask
themselves who has benefited from the enormous investment in more police,
prisons and military, than in schools and hospitals or affordable housing?
These developments were not inevitable or automatic. That means that other
choices were and still are possible but they must be made consciously and
they require action to implement them.
The banks aren't going to feed and house people or provide them with
anything except shinier chains. The poor and black will get rusty chains,
tent prisons, and brutality, like they always do (especially given the host
of government incentives for the private prison-industrial complex). The
next time someone brings up our "post racial" society, just remind them of
Katrina and the thousands of poor black people who were herded into the
Superdome at gunpoint. The evacuation and "reconstruction" of New Orleans
bear an uncanny resemblance to forced removals imposed by apartheid South
Africa under the infamous Group Areas Act. Apartheid's founders drew
explicitly on US segregation practice. Don't think it can't happen here
again.
What is needed is a different kind of civil disobedience aimed at regaining
local control of ECONOMIC resources...a whole new model of social and human
responsibility focused on localism and community.
The way the financial crisis is unfolding, we'll all have to focus on saving
our own environment "close to home" without help from the government. We
should remember what Malcolm X and others who were murdered in the struggle
for justice in the US had to say about human dignity and self reliance;
we'll need it.
People should organize to solve real material problems. Forget about
overthrowing "the government". That's nonsense. They should focus on
defending their homes, strengthening their role in the community, and
staying alive. By any means necessary. There will be plenty to do just
assuring that basic needs are met. For example, a person facing eviction has
no chance to resist by himself, but if the community comes to his defense,
then the sheriff's department will have to back off. This rule can be
applied elsewhere, too. Small victories can inspire tenacity, too. The
"strike" was never a privilege granted by Congress. It is a weapon of
self-defense against abuse that involved the whole working community and not
just union members. A factory closing is an opening for resistance. Crowds
prepared to storm a WalMart for Christmas shopping sales should be able to
storm the doors and occupy the buildings to protect jobs like they did in
Chicago earlier this year. The same thing happened in Argentina after their
meltdown.
Financial crisis is an opportunity for political mobilization, but people
have to pull together and work for a common goal. If a supermarket chain
threatens to shut down or lay off workers; it should be boycotted. At the
same time however, local farmers should be organized to set up
community-supported alternative stores to provide affordable food. These are
all politically charged actions that have been tried in the past with some
degree of success. Not everything will succeed, but what other choice is
there? People are losing their homes and livelihoods. The system is breaking
down. It's time for community politics to take precedence over "identity
politics". As Benjamin Franklin was reputed to have said, "We must all hang
together, or surely we will all hang separately".
You can't educate sedated and misinformed Americans overnight. But
resistance is a process, and it's a process that improves one's chance for
survival. Look at what happened in Gaza. The main cities were bombed
mercilessly by the Israelis but they managed to keep the hospital open. If
the Palestinians can accomplish that, then it ought to be possible to take
over a local clinic and keep it running even if supplies are cut off.
Of course, this will require an alternative media to succeed. People will
need to be updated regularly by reliable independent sources. There could be
corporate and government manipulation and attacks on citizen access to the
Internet and other alternative media to disrupt activism. In fact, the
Pentagon already has plans for nearly every imaginable scenario. And, of
course, the MSM will try to discredit the so-called "troublemakers". The
government will do everything in its power to crush grassroots resistance,
but history tells us, that when a system breaks down, the central authority
gets weaker and weaker while local groups step in to fill the power vacuum.
The country is simply too big for a domestic force of a couple hundred
thousand soldiers to manage. Just look at Iraq; there were only 25 million
Iraqis and it still turned into chaos. There are over 300 million people
living in America; it cannot be done. Besides, on the odd chance that
rioting breaks out, there may be reluctance among some in the elite to
deploy soldiers visibly to major cities, for fear that foreign capital will
flee and further aggravate the capital markets. Still, groups should
establish redundancies to stay connected and better endure disruptions.
I'll stop here, since there's enough to think about in this rather long and
sermonizing message. I am an optimist though, because it isn't over until we
die. As long as people have a will to live there is a reason to resist.
There are things that can be done that don't require blind hope. People need
to see that their communities are under attack and that their future is no
longer certain. The economic problems of feeding the top 10% are not going
away, in fact, they're getting worse.
The only standard by which an economy ought to be measured is whether all
the people who live in it are fed, housed, clothed, educated, and receive
care and rest-- if that cannot be done then the economy has failed and has
to be rebuilt to meet that standard. We're at war, and the enemy is not the
government per se, but the super-rich corporatists that run the government
and who prevent the economy from serving human needs.
Even in the world of truth seekers, the very mention of the topic of UFO's
can draw ridicule. Well, my friends, if you take a few moments to look past
the green men, or should I say gray men, you will realize that the UFO issue
demonstrates something other that the existence of extra terrestrial beings;
it demonstrates, irrefutably, the existence of a secret government whose
power supersedes that of the public, or so called official government of the
United States of America.
Please take a few minutes to watch this video in it's entirety. You may not
learn much about UFOs but you will see, very clearly, that there there is an
authority that usurps that of the US government and the military You will
see that "permissions" are granted and denied to government officials,
ranging from members of Congress to the President, from a place unseen and
undefined to the public and to the government.
You will realize that extra constitutional power is yielded and the source
of that power is concealed from the public and from our government
officials. This fact is not up for debate...this is evident by official
historical record.
The question is no longer whether or not a secret government exists. The
question is who is actually behind the secret government and how do we stop
them?
Comment: As we attempt to put the
"puzzle pieces" of the New World Order together it is essential that we
include the "black operations" that Eisenhower warned us against decades

question that Richards asks is 'who is this organization that can actually
hide their programs from the purview of the last 5 Presidents.' This
is very important because, the very fact that they lord above the hierarchy
of representative government, it only follows that we are subservient to a
greater and unknown power structure. Of course another important
question would be "what the hell are they up to and how will it effect the
quality of our lives in the near future?" To put it more bluntly,
"what are their plans for us?"

Fiscal Collapse" details the deceit of the Obama administration which will
impoverish the entire nation and provide the excuse for the imposition of
martial law.
At first sight, the budget proposal has all the appearances of an
expansionary program, a demand oriented "Second New Deal" geared towards
creating employment, rebuilding shattered social programs and reviving the
real economy.
The realities are otherwise. Obama's promise is based on a mammoth austerity
program. The entire fiscal structure is shattered, turned upside down.
To reach these stated objectives, a significant hike in public spending on
social programs (health, education, housing, social security) would be
required as well as the implementation of a large scale public investment
program. Major shifts in the composition of public expenditure would also be
required: i.e. a move out of a war economy, requiring a movement out of
military related spending in favor of civilian programs.
In actuality, what we are dealing with is the most drastic curtailment in
public spending in American history, leading to social havoc and the
potential impoverishment of millions of people.
The Obama promise largely serves the interests of Wall Street, the defense
contractors and the oil conglomerates. In turn, the Bush-Obama bank
"bailouts" are leading America into a spiraling public debt crisis. The
economic and social dislocations are potentially devastating.
Obama's budget submitted to Congress on February 26, 2009 envisages outlays
for the 2010 fiscal year (commencing October 1st 2009) of $3.94 trillion, an
increase of 32 percent. Total government revenues for the 2010 fiscal year,
according to preliminary estimates by the Bureau of Budget, are of the order
of $2.381 trillion.
The predicted budget deficit (according to the president's speech) is of the
order of $1.75 trillion, almost 12 percent of the U.S. Gross Domestic
Product.
War and Wall Street
This is a "War Budget". The austerity measures hit all major federal
spending programs with the exception of: 1. Defense and the Middle East War:
2. the Wall Street bank bailout, 3. Interest payments on a staggering public
debt.
The budget diverts tax revenues into financing the war. It legitimizes the
fraudulent transfers of tax dollars to the financial elites under the "bank
bailouts".
The pattern of deficit spending is not expansionary. We are not dealing with
a Keynesian style deficit, which stimulates investment and consumer demand,
leading to an expansion of production and employment.
To begin reversing GM contamination will require ending the power biotech
companies such as Monsanto exert over our government and through that, over
our food.
HR 875, was introduced by Rosa DeLauro whose husband Stanley Greenburg works
for Monsanto.
The bill is monstrous on level after level - the power it would give to
Monsanto, the criminalization of seed banking, the prison terms and
confiscatory fines for farmers, the 24 hours GPS tracking of their animals,
the easements on their property to allow for warrantless government entry,
the stripping away of their property rights, the imposition by the filthy,
greedy industrial side of anti-farming international "industrial" standards
to independent farms - the only part of our food system that still works,
the planned elimination of farmers through all these means.
The corporations want the land, they want more intensive industrialization,
they want the end of normal animals so they can substitute patented
genetically engineered ones they own, they want the end of normal seeds and
thus of seed banking by farmers or individuals. They want control over all
seeds, animals, water, and land.
Our farmers are good stewards. That is who is threatened by Rosa DeLauro's
bill (and because of that, we all are). At a time in this country when wise
stewardship and the production of anything real - especially good food - is
what is most needed, it is our best stewards whom Rosa DeLauro threatens,
under the cruelly false name of "food safety."
And now Monsanto wants its own employee, Michael Taylor - the man who forced
genetically engineered rBGH on us (unlabeled so us, unaware) when the
Clintons placed him over "food safety" in the 90s - back in government, this
time to act with massive police power as a "food safety tsar" from inside
the White House. HR 875 would give him immense power over what is done on
every single farm in the country and massive police state power to wield
over farmers and punishments to break them at will.
The following quotes show Monsanto and its biotech ilk are not "stewards" at
all. Their inhuman focus on profit has led to inhuman, insane, sickening
products that require intense corruption of democracy and science institutes
and media, to foist them on country after country which don't want them.
It is our farmers who stand between us and this outrage which masquerades as
science, as food, as normal business, as government. And it is or farmers
who need not only protecting and but actual freeing from government
intrusion, control and harm.
Vegetarians and vegans do not identify with farmers who raise animals but
what is at stake here is critical for all of us. "First they came for the
Jews" is an apt reminder of what matters in standing with each other because
the overwhelming bureaucratic burdens, the recording over every single thing
done on a farm, the warrantless inspections, the end of farmers markets, the
criminalization of seed banking, the ten years in prison for stepping out of
line in any way, will next be applied not to animals breaking out of fence
onto a neighbors' farm, but for such things as not spraying pesticides on an
organic farm to eradicate earthworms (now listed as an invasive species)
because the government's "food safety tsar" has deemed it necessary. It is
totalitarian control (and HR 875 epitomizes it) which we stand against, and
now it is aimed with ferocity at farmers with animals. Stopping it now keeps
all farmers safe.
Rosa DeLauro and Stanley Greenburg have a great deal to account for in
attempting through a mislabeled bill with hidden intent to wipe out our
farmers and harm all of us. HR 875 gives Monsanto greater power and opens
doors wider to the following ...

FEDS GRANT EMINENT DOMAIN AS COLLATERAL TO CHINA FOR U.S. DEBTS
BEIJING, China -- Sources at the United States Embassy in Beijing China have
just CONFIRMED that the United States of America has tendered to China a
written agreement which grants to the People's Republic of China, an option
to exercise Eminent Domain within the USA, as collateral for China's
continued purchase of US Treasury Notes and existing US Currency reserves.
The written agreement was brought to Beijing by Secretary of State Hillary
Clinton and was formalized and agreed-to during her recent trip to China.
This means that in the event the US Government defaults on its financial
obligations to China, the Communist Government of China would be permitted
to physically take -- inside the USA -- land, buildings, factories, perhaps
even entire cities - to satisfy the financial obligations of the US
government.
Put simply, the feds have now actually mortgaged the physical land and
property of all citizens and businesses in the United States. They have
given to a foreign power, their Constitutional power to "take" all of our

spending and the continued carrying of US national debt.

Eminent Domain is the power of government to TAKE private property for
public use without the consent of the property owner. Under our
Constitution, the government can only "take" when providing "just
compensation" for what they've taken.
Who decides what constitutes "just compensation?" The government!
Homeowners who felt the government was not paying them enough for property
in past "takings" have filed lawsuits. In absolutely every such case, the
value placed upon the property by the government was upheld by the courts.
Our federal government has now granted to China, this power to "take"our
homes and businesses in the event the US Gov't defaults on its debts. Let's
play this out as a worst case scenario. . . .
The US Gov't goes belly-up and China comes in and says, "they owed us $2
Trillion in Treasury Notes and another $2 Trillion in actual cash money
which is now worthless. We are taking the entire state of Hawaii and the
entire state of California in lieu of this bad debt. "
With the stroke of a Chinese chop stick, Hawaii and California -- all the
land and buildings in those states -- are now owned by China.
The "taking" would be a "valid public use" because it was "taken" in payment
of the public debt!!!!
China could then turn around and declare the value of all that land to be
worth. . . . . I dunno, ten cents on a dollar?
For your $200,000 house, you get a Chinese check for $20,000.
Needless to say, the property owners would go ballistic and demand "just
compensation" for what was taken. Who gets to decide what is "just?" China!
Don't think you got a fair price for what they took? No problem, sue China.
You'll lose.
People who live in those states and own their land outright, might be able
to negotiate with China to "rent" back their own property, as long as the
property owner continued to pay all his taxes; but the land and buildings
would belong to China.
This is what our own Government has just done to us and it is the single
most vile act of betrayal in the history of human existence.

In early February nine U.S. States began the process of re- asserting their
Sovereignty pursuant to the Ninth and Tenth Amendments to the US
Constitution; declaring null and void any actions by Congress that violated
the Constitution.
The states took action to make certain the feds couldn't give away cities or
