This last month has been pretty crazy. First we have to credit
Senator Byron Dorgan with stopping the influx of Mexican Truckers onto
US Highways. He is also the author of the "Take This Job
and Ship It: How Corporate Greet and Brain-Dead Politics are Selling Out
America" -- highly recommended. Next we have to credit
ALIPAC, NumbersUSA and hundreds of thousands of American citizens for
stopping the adoption of the DREAM act in the recent Senate Defense
Authorization Bill. But now we have the Governor of New York
attempting to allow Illegal Aliens to acquire New York Drivers Licenses;
the Governor of Illinois telling businesses to ignore the "No Match"
letters and the AFL-CIO -- the ACLU and others -- filed suit to prevent
the "No Match" letters from being sent out.
On top of that the Bush administration wants the Arab country of
Dubai to be able to purchase a 30% interest in the NASDAQ. They
also don't seem concerned that China want to buy into an communications
firm that would jeopardize our national security.
Could there be any better proof that our president, federal and state
representatives have absolutely no inclination to invoke the will of the
American people? We do not want to grant Amnesty to the Illegal
Aliens in this country. That should have been clear in June when
we brought down the Senate phone lines for the first time in history.
Our message was clear: No Amnesty for Illegal Aliens.
It's time to start taking names and kicking a lot of these traitors
out of office.
But let's understand what is really going on here. The world's
elite -- through organizations such as the CFR, Trilateralist Committee,
WTO etc. -- are getting ready to jam a Global Government down all of our
throats: the New World Order. The next stage of the game is to
eviscerate the meaning of US citizenship and allow a huge influx of
younger foreign workers into the country. So we have Mexicans
being allowed to circumvent our immigration laws. At the same time
we are allowing all millions foreign Visa holders to gain employment
advantage over broke American workers, through meaningless advanced
degrees. Next the government will allow them to overstay their Visa's
until they can be granted Amnesty.
Both old and young American citizens will soon find themselves
homeless as they will no longer have decent paying jobs to support
themselves or their families. It won't be a pretty picture.
They are hoping that they can "let the horse out of the barn" and we
will be left believing that there is no way to reverse the trend.
So, in essence, the North American Union will be implemented before they
even admit that it really exists.
This must not be allowed to happen. We need to send a big
message to our elected officials:
Stop Amnesty for Illegal Immigrants. Start representing the
interests of American citizens. And if you don't do this
IMMEDIATELY we will hunt your asses down. We won't just kick you
out of office. We will remember how you betrayed us. We will
cover you in hot tar and roll you in chicken feathers. And then we
will put you on display as traitors to the American working class.
I sure hope it doesn't have to come to this. But the American
people have had enough. We should not have to look at every piece
of federal legislation in order to determine if you are out to screw us
this week.
Got it? And to insure your sincerity we insist that you
implement everything contained in the "New Agenda for America." We
all want to be able to legally sit on our porches and smoke a joint
without worrying about the local Gestapo BEFORE the next Presidential
election in 2008.
Otherwise things could get pretty messy.

Candidate McCain Shows His Lack of Compassion for Medical Marijuana Users
The following video tracks McCain on the
campaign trail showing his complete ignorance of the Medical Marijuana
issue. McCain refuses to believe that Marijuana can be used as a
medicine despite the fact that it IS one of humankind's oldest
medicines. And this intellectual rock wants to be President of the
United States? What is interesting is that he admits that at every
campaign stop someone asks him about his position on Medical Marijuana.
He basically says "there is no medical evidence to suggest Marijuana is
an effective medicine." Unfortunately most of the other candidates
are not much better. And you know they would never support the
MERP model for legalization that is part of the "New Agenda for
America." I'm not even sure Ron Paul would support MERP.
I am thinking of adding a plank to the "New Agenda for America (NAA).
No further ownership of US Assets (businesses, homes, ports, stock
exchanges) by foreign governments or individuals!
And after you watch this video I think you will understand why:
In this recent Lou Dobb's segment they discuss how Dubai wants to buy
a 30% interest in the NASDAQ. And now China wants to purchase a
communications company that could easily compromise US security.
And not a word of disagreement from any of the Presidential candidates
accept perhaps, Ron Paul.
David Sirota, author of "Hostile Takeover: How Big Money and
Corruption Conquered Our Government--And How We Take It Back,"

We are being colonized by foreign governments and our representatives
are completely silent. What the hell is going on here? Why
don't we hear a word of protest, on these developments, from any of the
Presidential candidates?
But this is not just happening on a national level. It is also
happening locally. As I discussed in the last edition (See
Archive: September 17, 2007) the Emir of Oman just donated 1.5 million
dollars to build a Arabic Law Center (ADC) in Dearborn, Michigan, the
other week. For those that don't know Dearborn is the epicenter of
Mid-Eastern population in the United States. And over the last 10
years Mid-Easterners have bought out just about every business in the
cites of Dearborn and Dearborn Heights. The magnitude of
Mid-Eastern economic influence is becoming quite conspicuous in recent
years throughout this area.
The following two items also give weight to the influence of
Mid-Eastern money:
* Recently the University of Dearborn used
US tax dollars to build
footbaths, on
campus, so the Muslim students could wash their feet before prayer.
This is both unprecedented and a clear violation of the separation of
church and state.
* The Mayor of Dearborn covered up what was
obviously an aborted terrorist attack by a Dearborn Muslim medical
student: just days before the 6th anniversary of 911. He was
packing a AK47 assault rifle, was wearing battle fatigues and had his
face painted black. This information SHOULD have been
released immediately to send a wake up call to America. Instead
Mayor John O'Reilly sat on it until after 911 had passed. There is
additional information on this in the last edition (See Archive:
September 17, 2007). I assure you that your jaw will drop open
when you understand the details surrounding this incident.

But it is not just Mid-Easterners in Dearborn. We are seeing
huge influxes of rich Chinese, Indians, Albanians and other immigrant
groups who are coming in here buying our country right out from under
our feet. This has got to stop immediately.
Unfortunately this cancer has infected our political system, our
State Department, our Chamber of Commerce. It is part of a plan
that our largest corporations are very much involved.
But there is something we can do about it. One thing you
can do is get the word out about the "New Agenda for America"
which demands a moratorium on both legal and illegal immigration:

Goodness it has been quiet awhile since I have done any interviews
regarding drug policy concerns. But on October 5th, I had the
pleasure of talking with the Chronic Avenger and Pastor Blunts who
oversee the website "Sense and Sensimilla" -- obviously a web site about
Marijuana reform. I had a great time talking with them about the
MERP model for Re-Legalizing Marijuana and other related drug topics.

Dave is actually one of my favorite drug reform advocates: one of the
best informed people in the entire movement. It is my hope that we
can develop some synergy with these, and other grass root organizers.
One of the points I made, during the pod cast, was the fact that the
"moneyed" drug reform organizations are not nearly as "gung ho" about
Re-Legalizing Marijuana as the "grass roots" activists.
Unfortunately this means that it will probably be up to the "grass
roots" activists if Marijuana is ever going to become legal. In
any case I really enjoyed the interview with these two wonderful people.
You have a chance to help pass an amendment Tuesday (10/16/2007) that
would effectively end the outlaw "sanctuary city" movement. Call
as early as possibly: Tuesday through Thursday!
You have to start phoning first thing Tuesday morning and ask your
Senators to vote FOR Sen. Vitter's anti-sanctuary amendment to the H.R.
3093 appropriations bill. This is known as the "CJS spending bill"
(commerce, justice and science).

The amendment by Sen. Vitter (R-La.) would deny a popular federal police
grant to cities that adopt "sanctuary" policies. These are policies that
prohibit police from reporting illegal aliens to the feds.
If the amendment passes, it is unlikely that any city would give up the
federal funding in order to continue to provide sanctuary to illegal
aliens.
Generally, sanctuary policies instruct city employees not to notify the
federal government of the presence of illegal aliens living in their
communities. The policies also end the distinction between legal and
illegal immigration--so illegal aliens often benefit from city services
too.
NumbersUSA members have to carry the responsibility to get this passed.
Talk Radio has not been revved up on this. This amendment has come up so
fast that hardly any organization has notified its members.
The burden falls on you nearly half-million NumbersUSA members. The only
way this anti-sanctuary amendment can pass is if you pick up that phone
and make the calls. Only then will Senators realize they will be held
accountable for how they act on this.
We will be grading this heavily in our Immigration-Reduction Grade
Cards.
Large numbers of people have been robbed, raped, beaten and even
murdered by illegal aliens who came in contact with police in sanctuary
cities but were let go because the police weren't allowed to report them
to the feds.
Even larger numbers of Americans have seen the quality of life of their
communities and their occupations deteriorated because of the presence
of masses of protected illegal aliens in these sanctuary cities.
And Americans everywhere tend to see more illegal immigration into their
communities simply because the publicity about sanctuary cities entices
more foreign workers to decide to move to the U.S. to become illegal
aliens.
Let's put an end to Sanctuary City policies NOW!

I am urging a YES vote on Sen. Vitter's amendment to prohibit "COPS"

grant program to state and local law enforcement agencies to advance
community policing.)

Only Senators who seek to protect illegal aliens and promote illegal
immigration would vote against the Vitter amendment. I am counting on
Sen. xmxmxmx to vote YES.
Sanctuary policies have been against federal law since the 1996 federal
immigration law required local governments to cooperate with Department
of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement. But many
cities have refused to do so, adopting so-called "sanctuary policies."
Unfortunately, the Clinton and Bush Justice Departments have refused to
bring suit against these cities.
The Vitter amendment would seek to eliminate sanctuary policies in local
municipalities, whereby law enforcement officials are barred from asking
suspects about their immigration status or reporting them to Immigration
& Customs Enforcement (ICE).
The amendment would ensure that existing law is enforced uniformly
across the country by withholding COPS federal funding for cities that
choose to violate section 642(a) of the 1996 Illegal Immigration Reform
and Immigrant Responsibility Act (IIRIRA).
It is highly unlikely that any sanctuary cities in our state will lose
funding because nearly all of them will end up ending their sanctuary
policies once they see they will lose federal funding by keeping them.
BONUS AMENDMENT
When you call your Senators, also ask them to support an amendment from
Sen. Elizabeth Dole (R-N.C.).
It would add $75 million for 287(g) program-related training, exercises,
and technical assistance.
Scores of cities, counties and states across the country are in line to
get the 287(g) program training so they can aggressively go after
illegal aliens in their jurisdictions. But few can get the training
because Congress hasn't appropriated enough money for the training.
While we put a stop to sanctuary policies in cities with officials who
don't respect the rule of law, the feds should be doing everything
possible to help those jurisdictions who are ready to do all they can to
help identify and detain the illegal aliens in their areas.
Please check your Action Buffet corkboard for any faxes that are
available for you to send on various immigration issues. (We are not
posting faxes on the sanctuary amendment because it is unlikely there
will be enough time for staffers to tabulate them and report them to the
Senators before the floor vote.)

I am posting this letter from "The

This is just another part of the orchestrated attack on US sovereignty.
NumbersUSA help defeat the DREAM Act. Senator Dorgan was
instrumental in temporarily blocking the Mexican Truckers from having
full access to US highways. We cannot and should not have to
anticipate that, as soon as we snooze for 5 minutes, our representatives
are going to screw us.
Just look at some recent examples:
* Governor Spitzer attempting to give Illegal Aliens Drivers licenses
which will also give them the right to vote via motor voter.
* Governor of Illinois saying business don't have to respond to "No
Match Letters" which are geared toward getting Illegal Aliens out of the
US workforce
Average American workers cannot possibly invest enough time to keep
up with all of these betrayals. We need to send a general message
to our Federal House and Senate members. Start representing the
American people or there just might be a 2nd American Revolution on the
horizon. Personally I would prefer adoption of the "New

who just might find yourselves at the business end of a rifle or

ratification of the Law of the Sea Treaty. A Senate vote is being pushed
for by the end of October.
This is an issue far bigger than illegal immigration and threatens to

A veteran, Jim Brossard, was so offended by the unlawful display of the
American flag beneath the Mexican flag in Reno that he cut it down and
made a statement. The ACLU is weighing in on behalf of the flag owner.
To "New Age Citizen" this man is the "Citizen of the Week." With a
few thousand more, just like him, I think we may be able to take this
country back from the Multi-National Corporate Interests that are
primarily behind allowing Illegal Immigrants into the United States.
This was broadcast by the Public Broadcasting Service during my
run against John Dingle (D) in 1996 and ran as a Libertarian. This video
summarizes my support for Legalizing Marijuana and my disappointment in
the control Global Corporate interests have over our US Congress.
In this video I think and I make a clear and concise argument for the
Re-Legalization of Marijuana. Recall that this was also the year
that Medical Marijuana Initiatives were passed in California.
I am currently giving some thought to running as a "write in"
candidate for President: knowing full well there is not chance of
actually being considered. But my goal is to promote the "New Agenda for
America" and to force the candidates to support all planks of the
agenda. If running as a "write-in" helps increase the buzz for the
"New Agenda for America" I am more than happy to comply.
One thing that this video illustrates is the consistency of my
positions: they have not really changed significantly in the last 11
years. The other thing they illustrate is how far ahead of the
curve I was during my run for Congress in 1996. Not only was I for
the Legalization of Marijuana and against the a Corporate controlled
Congress back in 1996. I also wanted a moratorium on legal and
illegal immigration. I also supported Universal Health Care for
legal US Citizens. Now, of course, these positions are part of the
"New Agenda for America." These position are also garnering much
more support among the America people.
But I was actually surprised at how much support I received in 1996.
In the weeks preceding the election I had the opportunity to debate John
Dingle at the Episcopal church in Dearborn, Michigan. I didn't
spend a dime on the campaign and really didn't care if anyone agreed
with my positions or not. About 400 people attended the debate.
But I was really surprised after the debate when I noticed that I had
twice as many people queuing up to talk to me, compared with those lined
up to talk to incumbent John Dingle. It was at that moment that I
realized how wide the divide between the people and the incumbents had
become. Of course one of Dingle's provisos for engaging in the
debate was that it could not be rebroadcast. What a sport, eh?
This video will be part of a series of videos to highlight the

We are in the midst of the destruction of the American Middle Class by a
powerful group of Global Elitists. It is not happening through

summary of Sirota's book would point out that millions lack health care,
and even more struggle to afford it. Politicians claim they care, then
pass legislation that provides more profits for drug companies and
insurers. At the same time, inflation-adjusted wages have been largely
stagnant, while corporate profits have skyrocketed. In this instance,
politicians "help out" by further depressing wages by continuing to
allow millions of illegal and temporary legal immigrants into the U.S.,
and additional millions of jobs outsourced overseas. Despite an obvious
need for energy conservation, our government takes its lead from V.P.
Dick Cheney and does nothing. Welcome to today's world of lobbyists',
lies, and legislation for sale.
The "really bad news" is that they're not satisfied. Possible future
legislation includes a flat income tax (a huge tax cut for the wealthy,
and a huge tax increase for everyone else - per Reagan's '82 Treasury
Dept.), permanent elimination of the estate tax (only 2% were paying,
and half the receipts came from the top .1% with estates over $5
million), and reducing corporate taxes from their 35% level - "fourth
highest" in the industrialized world (a '04 GAO report concluded that
94% paid less than 5%, and that 60,000 government contractors owed $6
billion in unpaid taxes), more personal tax cuts (to justify further
cuts in veterans' healthcare, inadequate/non-funding of Army armor and
New Orleans' levees - the pre-Katrina official protesting the latter was
immediately fired).
Not upset yet - read on. USA Today reported in late '05 that while the
60 worst performing companies in America lost 4769 billion in market
value in the prior five years, their top five executives were paid an
average of $8 million/year. Meanwhile, University of California
researchers in '04 found that jobs in the bottom third of the pay scale
were growing almost twice as fast as those in the middle.
"Hostile Takeover" also puts to rest the myth of "free" trade.
Provisions include insuring U.S. access to potentially
hepatitis-carrying Mexican vegetables and Canadian beef with mad-cow
disease, while banning importation of cheaper drugs and limiting other
nations' ability to produce generic medicines. In '01, economists
estimated that three-fourths of U.S. workers lost about 12% of current
wages because of trade deals. At least we still have some - the New York
Times reported the loss of over 2 million manufacturing jobs between '01
- '04, while Gartner Research estimated over 30% of high-tech jobs could
be shipped overseas by '15 and University of California researchers
estimated up to 14 million jobs are now at risk of outsourcing.
There's more: Harvard researchers found that 90% of personal
bankruptcies were due to illness, medical bills, job loss, death in the
family, and/or divorce. Meanwhile, the Kauffman Foundation's '05 study
concluded that 20% of recent bankrupts had been operating a small
business. No matter - the myth of deadbeat debtors ruining credit card
companies persists, and Congress recently made personal bankruptcy laws
much tougher.
At least we can count on retirement - not! In '02 AP reported that 8
million workers saw their retirement plans converted to "cash balance"
payouts only - a loss of up to $200 million, according to government
sources. As for Social Security, a top University of Chicago economist
estimates Wall St. would make $400 billion - $1 trillion in fees under
the Bush privatization plan. No matter you say - Chile and Galveston,
Texas have proven the concept's superiority. Unfortunately, the World
Bank found that up to one-third of Chileans' retirement money went to
fees (the public version went bankrupt - hence, no comparisons are
available), and several government reports have concluded that
many/most/all Galveston employees will receive LESS than they would have
from Social Security.
Well, at least some of us have our health. Hopefully the growing number
without health insurance will not get sick; as for universal
governmental coverage - private insurance made over $10 billion in '03,
with top executives raking in $85 million each. As for the innovative
drugs many can't afford because of high prices "required for research" -
the former New England Journal of Medicine's editor states that they
"come almost entirely from publicly funded research done in government
and university labs." Further evidence: Princeton's Uwe Reinhardt says
that "R&D spending (as a % of drug industry revenues) is equal or higher
in Europe (with price controls) as here" - specifically, 20% in Britain,
vs. 14% in the U.S.
Finally, "fuel efficiency kills people," or so opponents say. On the
other hand, University of Michigan, Lawrence Berkeley National
Laboratory researchers and a government panel all have concluded that
cars can be made as safe/safer than most SUVs, and especially better
than most pickups.
Truly an encyclopedic work documenting how business has stolen and
perverted American democracy. While Sirota offers specific
recommendations in each area, the biggest problem involves providing a
means for voters to see through all the lies and mis-statements.
Publicly-funded elections may be the answer.

This is a "must read" and makes it abundantly clear why Hillary, who is
currently a shoe-in for the Democratic Presidential candidate, must NOT
be allowed to become our next President. She supports Illegal
Immigration, increases in Legal Visa-based immigration, the "death
seeds" of Monsanto etc. etc. She even supports giving Medical Care and
other entitlements (Welfare, Social Security, Medicare) to the millions
of Illegal Aliens that have commited felonies the minute they falsified
their working ID's.
It is not a pretty picture. But it gets much worse. The article mentions

and Hillary are some of the slimiest scum that has ever surfaced upon
the political landscape. Bill signed NAFTA which led to the lose of
millions of US jobs and the destruction of the US manufacturing base. He
gutted the Welfare system knowing full well that the coming economic
decline would leave Americans with absolutely no signficant "safety
net." I firmly believe that he is more interested in his next "piece of
ass" than he is interested in doing anything positive for the US working
class.
Jefferson would most likely have castigated this scumbag. Washington
would mostly likely have severed his head from his shoulders for
betraying the ideals upon which this great republic was founded.
Yesterday we stopped the DREAM Act for the time being. But this is but a
small battle in a unimaginable large war. We have to have a larger
agenda to focus our energies. I have put forth the "New Agenda for
America" to hopefully focus our collective energies. But whatever course
we take a choice between Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton and
Republican candidate Gulianni cannot be seen as even marginally
acceptable.
We have a mere 13 months to change the course of this nation: to wrest
it's control from the Globalists which most certainly include both
Clinton and Giuliani.

(1) Does CGI support "Needle Exchange" programs that would, according to
most studies, significantly slow the spread of AIDS/HIV?
(2) Does CGI support globalization programs such as the North American
Union?
(3) Does CGI support the legalization of Marijuana which under the
"Merp" Model for Re-Legalization, would rob drug cartels and terrorist
organizations of billions each year?
(4) Does CGI support any of the planks contained in the "New Agenda for

(5) What does CGI propose to stop the hemoraghing of US jobs, to

Even for her, Hillary Clinton showed tremendous skill at batting
aside questions asked of her on the Sunday shows this past weekend and
giving, instead, her standard talking points.
Pinning this lady down is admittedly not easy. Two of the best
interviewers on political TV — Chris Wallace and Tim Russert — asked
tough questions but got scripted and memorized retorts for their pains.
But here are some questions (along with follow-ups) that I suggest they
ask during the next round of Sunday shows — if she ever goes back on the
circuit:
Bill Clinton refused to accept political action committee (PAC)
contributions in his campaigns of 1992 and 1996. Obama and Edwards are
following his example. Why aren’t you?
After all the bad experiences you had with Johnnie Chung and Charlie
Trie and their campaign donations in the 1996 election cycle, why were
you not more careful in vetting the donations generated by Norman Hsu?
Didn’t you learn your lesson in 1996?
(As a follow-up to No. 2) After you found that you had to return almost
a million dollars to the donors bundled by Hsu, you said you would be
more vigilant in examining the backgrounds of donors. Why didn’t you
come to that conclusion before the Hsu scandal, based on your 1996
experiences?
Norman Hsu was no ordinary donor. He was the biggest bundler in your
campaign; he gave funds to the Clinton Global Initiative and the Clinton
School of Government in Arkansas and took Patti Solis Doyle, your
campaign manager, and other aides on an all-expense-paid trip to Las
Vegas. He also donated to Democratic Gov. Tom Vilsack of Iowa, whose
campaign debt you agreed to help repay.
In view of his high profile in your campaign, why didn’t you check him
out more thoroughly, and what does this say about your ability to make
quality appointments?
You base your healthcare proposal on the need to cover 47 million
“uninsured Americans.” Since about a third of them are illegal
immigrants and another third are eligible for Medicaid right now and
just don’t apply for it, aren’t you overstating the problem?
(As a follow-up to No. 4) In 2005 you co-sponsored legislation to
provide health insurance to the children of illegal immigrants who have
lived in this country for five years. In other words, their children
would get subsidized healthcare under the State Children’s Health
Insurance Program as a reward for dodging the cops for five years. Do
you still support that proposal?
You say that your healthcare proposal will leave alone those who are
happy with their current insurance. But if you provide health benefits
for close to 50 million new people, thereby generating huge new demand
for medical care without any increase in the supply of doctors, nurses
or hospitals, it will drive up prices radically. Won’t that force you to
institute cost controls by limiting the care those now on health
insurance can receive?
In Arkansas, you achieved fame by urging mandatory testing for teachers
and demanded that those who failed the competency tests be dismissed.
You and your husband did this and implemented this policy. As a result,
he was denied the endorsement by the Arkansas Teachers Union during his
time as governor. Do you still support your proposal of 1983 and 1984
for mandatory teacher competency tests for current teachers — not just
for new ones?
In Arkansas, you pioneered the idea of testing students to ascertain
their progress and holding schools accountable for any shortcomings in
their test scores. Now California Democratic Rep. George Miller,
chairman of the House Education Committee, wants to change the No Child
Left Behind Act to substitute graduation rates for test scores as the
measure of a school’s performance. Opponents say this is injecting a
non-objective standard and undercuts the whole purpose of the
legislation. Do you support Miller’s proposal?
There’s more, but we’ve run out of time! I hope that the journalists who
next have Clinton in their sights read this column, take notes, and act
on it. The answers to these questions would be nice to have before we
elect her president.

campaign contributions are really personal bribes!

Teachers unions block the firing of bad teachers—and battle against
higher education standards!
Katrina victims are being stiffed by their insurance companies!
Special interests cost our consumers $45 billion—through trade quotas
that save only a handful of jobs!
